All sales that take place in this Discord server are final, refunds are only permitted if an error has taken a place on our part.

No redistribution of ANY asset/product from Explorer Designs.

Refunds / chargebacks are not allowed unless agreed with the Explorer Designs

We reserve the right to refuse any custom commission / order.

Paypal , Cashapp , Venmo , and more depending on the person you are buying from.

You cannot resell any commission or product unless an agreement has been established.

You cannot "transfer ownership" of the product purchased to anyone.

Discounts are a 1 time only deal unless stated otherwise.

You must pay 100% or the total price for a commission for it to be started by the development team or 50% before and 50% after the completion of the commission.

You can only use your commission on one server at a time, if you leave the server the asset must be removed even if it may violate their rules.

Terms of service may be updated at anytime and is not our fault if you do not know the update.
